Qualifications

Fluent Norwegian language required.
EU passport valid to work in Greece.
Experience in customer service, tech support, or digital sales preferred.
Strong English communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking clients in Customer Support.
Provide high-level technical assistance and digital guidance.
Identify upsell opportunities and educate customers on digital features.
Maintain client records in our CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends for international clients.
Support the growth of the Norwegian-speaking role in Greece.
