Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to support Danish-speaking users in Bulgaria. You will assist customers with Fitbit devices, troubleshoot connectivity and battery issues, and guide users on health metrics and activity logging.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• On-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking users of Fitbit devices
• Troubleshoot issues related to wearable synchronization, battery life, and app connectivity
• Guide users on health metrics like heart rate, sleep tracking, and activity logging
• Document inquiries and resolutions accurately in our CRM
• Stay updated on software updates and fitness trends to offer accurate advice
• Collaborate with international team members to share best practices
