Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a Finnish-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. The role combines language skills with health-tech expertise to deliver exceptional customer support for Fitbit wearables.

You will troubleshoot device sync issues, app connectivity, and hardware performance while guiding customers on health metrics and product features. Excellent Finnish and EU passport are required, with relocation and full training provided.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish
• EU passport valid (mandatory)
• Previous customer support or technical assistance experience valued

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert Finnish-speaking support for Fitbit devices and wellness ecosystems
• Troubleshoot synchronization, app connectivity, and hardware performance issues
• Offer personalized guidance on health metrics and product features
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions to build brand loyalty
