Hiring International Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the global automotive brand's remote team in Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering premium service to Audi customers.

This full-time role offers a 6-month contract with fully remote work from Portugal, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, and training to ensure high-quality support.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding support to Audi customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality of the brand.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
