Audi's Customer Experience Team is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver premium support for Audi customers remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate CRM updates and a professional, empathetic approach.

The role is full-time on a 6-month contract, with rotating day shifts, and requires Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2+). No relocation; you must have legal right to work in Portugal, and you will receive paid

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
