Innopath Consulting Lda in Portugal is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support customers using automotive digital services. This fully remote role lets you build your career from home while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with equipment provided and no relocation needed. Fluency in Danish and English, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position within Portugal.
• Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
