• Native/fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for customer concerns.
• Experience in customer service or tech/product inquiries preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure interactions.
• Proficient with email, phone systems, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat with product inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Document all interactions in the SAP CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Post-interaction follow-up to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Manage returns process and ensure compliance with company policies.
