Qualificações

• Have a high level of Czech (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
• Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service.

• Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills.
• Are skilled in resolving issues and providing solutions.
