Rocket Stars in Lisbon is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our on-site team. You will review and moderate content for a global e-commerce platform, delivering accurate decisions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements include fluent Czech (C1/C2) and strong English, plus excellent communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting marketplace activities and upholding safety and platform integrity.

Qualificações

• Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Strong content moderation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Ability to make fair, objective, and rational decisions
• Strong customer service mindset and empathy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak campaigns
• Local market awareness and cultural sensitivity

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and guidelines
• Provide support related to e-commerce content and marketplace activities
• Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content
• Handle large volumes of content while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Manage queue volumes effectively during high-demand periods such as promotions
• Make rational and well-judged decisions when reviewing content
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain platform safety and integrity
• Deliver excellent service with empathy and professionalism when interacting with users
