AVEC is looking for a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon on-site with relocation included. The role operates in a 24/7, rotational shifts environment, supporting moderation of user-generated content across video, image and text.

As a Czech-speaking moderator, you will apply internal policies, participate in training with English resources, and ensure safety by identifying sensitive cases while maintaining high precision in a multicultural setting.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Czech
• Good level of English for training and internal tools
• Availability for rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Valid Residency Card

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate videos, images, comments and live interactions
• Apply internal policies and guidelines consistently
• Identify and escalate sensitive or critical cases
• Ensure platform safety by removing harmful or non‑compliant content
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
• Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
