CBT in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a leading home appliances brand. The role combines customer service, basic technical troubleshooting, warranty handling, and after-sales support in a structured, process-driven environment.

You will engage with customers in Dutch, manage warranty and repair requests, and document interactions in internal tools.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 mandatory).
• Good English communication skills (B1+ preferred).
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Interest in technical products and structured processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer requests (phone, email, chat) in Dutch
• Manage warranty claims, repair requests, and spare parts orders
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances

Working Hours

• Shift: 07:00-17:00 (day schedule only)
