Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading international company for a Customer Support role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate, friendly support, and keeping internal systems updated with case details.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship or valid permit).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
