Responsibilities

• Reviewing complaints and chats to assess the root cause analysis from the customer's perspective.
• Documenting reviews by logging the assessment date and categorising issues with relevant tags.
• Ensuring QA includes precise technical and contextual details.
• Identifying recurring issues that severely impact the customer experience.
• Taking full ownership of raised findings by monitoring their progress, updating their status on the roadmap, and validating the outcome.
• Collaborating across departments by escalating actionable findings to the CCA team, and Product and Support teams.
