Job summary

Flix is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist with Portuguese to strengthen our Customer Service QA framework in Lisbon. You will monitor interactions, ensure compliance with Flix standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise customer satisfaction.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, with Spanish as a plus. You will drive QA strategy, develop tools to measure quality and language skills, and analyze KPIs to improve CS channels and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA or customer service background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational QA communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive a scalable QA framework within Customer Service.
• Review interactions to ensure compliance with Flix standards and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deploy automated tools to measure service quality and language skills.
• Analyze quality metrics and improve dashboards for transparency.
• Collaborate with training to improve CS channels and KPI outcomes.
• Enhance customer experience KPIs such as FCR, CSAT, and NPS through insights.
