You’ll work on-site in Lisbon, respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and keep internal systems updated with case details while contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent Greek and English required; excellent written and spoken communication.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent Greek, English, with strong English communication skills
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent)

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
