Job summary

bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. The role offers 100% remote work within Portugal, full-time hours (40 per week), rotating shifts, and paid training.

Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Portugal. The compensation includes a base salary, holiday and Christmas allowances, a meal allowance, and a productivity bonus, with or without company accommodation.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level Dutch.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residence/work permit).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with order inquiries, returns, and payments while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Compensation

Without company accommodation:

• €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
• €1,055 base salary
• Holiday & Christmas allowances

With company accommodation:

• €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
