Batch Logistics is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to be the voice of Batch for retailers and their customers. You will coordinate daily operational issues and maintain a memorable last-mile experience, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.

You’ll join an ambitious team delivering a top-tier digital experience from order to home delivery, with a focus on solving problems quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Portuguese.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer-driven and energized by talking with people all day.
• Passionate about helping others and creating exceptional support experiences.
• Able to handle customers' emotions and empathise with their problems.
• Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
• Skilled at handling multiple issues simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding support to customers via email, chat, phone, etc. and address retailers' questions while resolving daily operational issues.
• Ensure orders are delivered as promised or update customers on deviations.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to find the best solution for incidents.
• Ensure incidents are properly solved and closed.
• Coordinate with the team to give customers the most appropriate answers.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
