Checkmarx in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead client engagements and ensure successful adoption of Checkmarx One. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, guiding deployments, onboarding, and value realization across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Support, Product, and other teams, monitor usage, and drive initiatives to expand platform adoption while maintaining strong relationships with technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar role in software/cybersecurity.
• Experience with enterprise clients and managing complex technical relationships.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of cloud-native security architectures and tools.
• Knowledge of SSDLC and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with application security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA) and container security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and API integrations (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Ability to analyze usage data and product telemetry to identify trends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deployment and operational guidance to customers.
• Act as primary technical liaison for customers.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and internal teams.
• Onboard customers and promote best practices.
• Monitor adoption and address hurdles to meet usage levels.
• Drive value-based activities to increase platform adoption.
• Develop Mutual Activity Plans tied to customer outcomes.
• Set milestones, celebrate wins, and manage deviations.
• Present insights from interactions and analytics to stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities using success stories and ROI.
