Checkmarx seeks a Director of Product Management for Engines in Braga, Portugal, responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of the engine portfolio within Checkmarx One. You will lead a PM team, set quality and performance standards, and collaborate with R&D, Design, and GTM to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade detection capabilities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams.
• Proven track record with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the engine portfolio across the Checkmarx One platform.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Establish detection quality and performance as key business outcomes with clear targets.
• Partner with R&D to align engineering capacity with roadmap.
• Translate market insights into a differentiated strategy that drives adoption and revenue growth.
• Align GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success behind the engine narrative.
