Amadeus is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with travel sellers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions and building trusted partnerships to grow their business with confidence.

You will drive product adoption, conduct regular business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience. This hybrid role offers global opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
• Familiarity with the travel industry, travel technology, or distribution systems.
• Experience managing customer relationships and conducting business reviews.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and success platforms.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
