Job summary

Archer IT Recruitment is opening a new office in Porto City Centre, offering an uncapped commission structure and rapid merit-based progression with promotions every six months for top performers. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with businesses to understand hiring needs, build trusted relationships, and manage the full recruitment cycle while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Fluency in English is required; Portuguese CVs will not be considered.

• Experience in an office-based or professional services environment is essential.
• Impeccable time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
• Motivated, deadline-driven and able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities will include:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow within the industry. No day is the same here at Archer, and you will:

• Work closely with different businesses to understand their hiring needs;
• Building a trusting relationship and establishing yourself as a strategic partner will be key;
• Manage the 180 recruitment cycle;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Person:

A good Recruitment Consultant needs to be an excellent communicator and enjoy working in people-facing roles. We need you to be organised, efficient, positive and personable. While a specific background isn’t required, we do need you to have;

• Some experience working in an office-based or professional services environment (even if it's an internship or work placement!) is essential;
• Impeccable time-management skills and ability to work successfully under own initiative;
• Excellent phone manners;
• Motivated individual with the ability to work to deadlines;
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
