You will support sales teams and internal stakeholders, monitor ERP data, and help maintain service levels and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma with a business, commercial, or administrative focus.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a commercial or customer service environment; onboarding plan for entry-level.
• Skills: Strong communication, assertiveness, adaptability, confidentiality, and customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Handle replenishments and spot interventions, ensuring timely resolution for end customers.
• Manage backorders and report material shortages proactively.
• Ensure accurate customer master data in ERP systems and implement actions to meet service level targets.
• Monitor material expiration dates and returns with sales agents and specialists.
