Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support and optimize performance on digital advertising platforms. You will provide high-level, solutions-oriented support, guide users through troubleshooting, and analyze complex account queries.

Phase 1 offers a steady daytime window with shifts 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00; Phase 2 envisions a 24/7 rotating model with two days off weekly. Base salary is €1,100 per month (14 salaries per year), plus a €60 monthly attendance bonus for 11

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
• Solid experience in Digital Marketing and a background working in a Contact Centre or support program for an AdTech company.
• Absolute fluency in social media products and a strong fundamental grasp of digital advertising ecosystems.

What We Are Looking For

• The Background: Solid experience in Digital Marketing and a background working in a Contact Centre or support program for an AdTech company.
• The Mindset: Absolute fluency in social media products and a strong fundamental grasp of digital advertising ecosystems.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Phase 1 (Immediate Start): A steady daytime window.
  • Monday to Sunday coverage (07:00 to 19:00 window).
  • You will work one of two shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 OR 10:00 – 19:00.
• Phase 2 (Future Scope - TBC): Transitioning to a 24/7 rotating shift model (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week. Flexibility for this future shift is a must!

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: €1,100 per month (paid across 14 months).
• Attendance Bonus: An extra €60 per month (paid across 11 months) just for being reliable and on top of your game.
