Customer Service Representative – Ukrainian Speaking

Location: Portugal

For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for Ukrainian-speaking Customer Service Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
• Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
• Record and document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain quality and service standards.Collaborate with international teams when necessary.

No prior customer service experience is required.

This position is for you if you:

• Speak Ukrainian at a native or C1-C2 level (fluent/bilingual).
