Syensqo is a science company focused on transforming lives while protecting the planet. We seek a Customer Service Representative NAM (Late Shift) to be the main contact for customers in your portfolio, guiding orders from placement to invoicing and ensuring timely follow-up.

You will bring strong customer focus, fluent English, 2 years in a similar role, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, hybrid Lisbon environment.

Qualificações

• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluent/Native English.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset).
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge considered a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a main point of contact and “order owner” for customers within assigned portfolio.
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up.
• Ensure customer complaints are handled timely, regular follow ups provided to customer, work on reducing number of complaints, support complaint cycle close within target dates.
• Perform any required invoice adjustments / return of material as per global guidelines, obtaining and documenting all necessary approvals.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements within CS processes, lead or participate in different projects if required.

We are looking for:

Strong Customer Service focused professional, dedicated to help internal and external customers by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. The Customer Service Representative acts to serve as a liaison between customers and other internal functions and translates customer requirements into internal actions

We count on you to:

• Act as a main point of contact and “order owner” for customers within assigned portfolio

You will get:

• The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 23,970.00€ to 27,500.00€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.

Additional information:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Hybrid working model: at least twice a week onsite
• Fixed term contract with possibility of renovating into a permanent contract
• Late Shift: from 2.00PM to 11.00PM (On office days, leave time is flexible so as to accommodate for safe commute home to complete work shift.)
