Syensqo is seeking a trainee for Customer Service in Lisbon to support APAC/EMEA regional activities during a 12-month internship.

You will learn order processing from placement to delivery, get training in SFDC and SAP, and provide service to direct customers and distributors.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or related fields, English fluency, and a customer-centric attitude.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a trainee to:

Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors for the APAC or EMEA region.

Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors

Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up

Receive training in SFDC and SAP

Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers

Experience and Skills

University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields

What We Offer

The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €11,280.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Bachelor's degree and €12,480.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Master's degree.
