Job summary

Syensqo SA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a late shift on a 6-month contract in Lisbon. You will act as the main contact and order owner for customers, manage order processing from placement to invoicing, and address complaints to drive timely closure.

We value 2 years in a similar role, a relevant bachelor degree, and excellent communication and collaboration. The role offers hybrid work (onsite at least two days weekly) and a salary range of €23,970–€27,500 per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact and “order owner” for customers within assigned portfolio.
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up.
• Ensure customer complaints are handled timely, with regular follow ups to close complaints within target dates.
• Perform invoice adjustments / return of material as per global guidelines with necessary approvals.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements within CS processes, lead or participate in projects if required.

Strong Customer Service focused professional, dedicated tohelpinternal and external customers by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. The Customer Service Representative acts to serve as a liaison between customers and other internal functions and translates customer requirements into internal actions

We count on you to:

You will get:

The Portuguese annual base salary rangereasonably expectedto be paid for this new hire is: 23,970.00€ to27,500.00€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience,qualificationand internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
