David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal. The role is on-site for a fixed term of 6 months with potential extension or permanent contract.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, assisting with travel bookings, and maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, native German, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Native / fluent German (C2) both verbal and written
• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience with travel bookings or travel-related inquiries
• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases when required
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, policies, and platform functionality
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to support service improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling business travel arrangements
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required
• Provide accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, booking policies, and platform functionality
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to support service improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native / fluent in German (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM systems
• Experience in business travel, travel management, tourism, hospitality, or related sectors
• Experience handling bookings, reservations, or travel-related customer inquiries
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms or travel management systems.
