The Customer Service Representative supports users by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with client's products. You will be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers, guiding them with patience and professionalism.

Requirements

• Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish (B2+). Spoken and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, on rotating shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00-23:00 (rotating shifts)
• Two rotating days off per week
