CB Talents SP in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support users by answering questions and solving problems, ensuring a smooth experience with the client's products. You will be the friendly, patient voice, guiding customers with professionalism and accuracy, while handling inquiries and resolving issues to uphold service quality and policy compliance.

The role requires English communication, flexibility for weekend hours, and a customer-focused mindset, with on-site work

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The Customer Service Representative supports users by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with client's products. You will be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers, guiding them with patience and professionalism.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00–23:00 (rotating shifts)
• Two rotating days off per week
