Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support clients in Italian and English. The role is on-site in Porto with standard daytime hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Role: Italian Customer Service Representative

Starting Date: 3 September, 2026

Location: On-Site in Porto, Portugal

What our client offers:

• Salary: €1000 gross monthly x14 annual payments
• Bonus: The attendance bonus is € 100 x 11 months
• Food Allowance: € 7.63 per working day
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Days off: Saturday and Sunday)
