Syensqo is seeking a trainee for Customer Service in Lisbon to support APAC/EMEA regional activities during a 12-month internship.

You will learn order processing from placement to delivery, get training in SFDC and SAP, and provide service to direct customers and distributors.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or related fields, English fluency, and a customer-centric attitude.

Qualificações

• University degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• No prior experience required.
• Fluent English.
• Acute customer centricity.

• Capable of collaborating in a team.
• Eager to learn project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors for APAC/EMEA region.
• Provide a standard level of service to transactional customers and distributors.
• Learn how to manage effective order processing from placement to delivery and follow-up.
• Receive training in SFDC and SAP and manage Sample Orders.
