Movu Robotics, a fast-growing company within the stow Group, seeks a Customer Service Administrator to support customers and internal teams by processing orders, deliveries, spare parts, and invoicing with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

You will coordinate with the warehouse, prepare quotations, manage inquiries, monitor spare parts stock, and ensure timely invoicing while complying with QSHE standards. Occasional travel to our Belgium headquarters is expected.

Formación

• Experience in administrative supporting tasks in an industrial B2B environment.
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge are advantageous.
• Able to communicate with customers in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Order management: entering and managing orders in SAP and coordinating with warehouse on deliveries.
• Customer communication: quotations, confirmations, and inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Spare parts management: monitor safety stock and inform Supply Chain of deviations or shortages.
• Invoicing and credit management: ensure timely invoicing, prepare credit notes, follow up on overdue invoices.
• Quality, safety & compliance: adhere to QSHE standards and support Lean initiatives.
