Bloq.it in Portugal is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. You will monitor locker performance after installation, analyze data, and design processes to log and track customer complaints.

You will lead continuous improvement, develop KPIs, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure high-quality solutions. Fluency in English is expected; remote-friendly hours and a flexible benefits package are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in electronics, electromechanical or cables manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or similar (nice-to-have).
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor the performance of lockers after installation, collecting data on failures, defects, and other non-conformities.
• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement a structured process for collecting, logging, and tracking customer complaints.
• Proactively manage quality issues reported after installation, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.
• Analyze complaint trends to identify recurring component failures, batch issues, or usage patterns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid the recurrence of problems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, seeking to optimize installation and maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product and service quality.
• Collaborate in creating technical documentation and training for maintenance teams, aiming to standardize processes and increase technical knowledge.
• Improve the organization and accessibility of information in databases, facilitating analysis and decision-making.
• Develop customized reports to meet the needs of different areas of the company.
