Job summary

CB Talents is hiring an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market to support customers of a well-known global brand from home. You will be the first point of contact in Spanish.

You will receive paid training in English, work with an international brand, and enjoy health insurance from day one. This role requires fluency in Castilian Spanish and English (B1), strong communication skills, and flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts.

Job description

We're hiring an Operations Customer Expert (Spanish Market) to support customers of a well-known global brand. You'll be their first point of contact, in Spanish, from the comfort of your home.

What we're looking for

• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Compensation (monthly gross, based on 22 working days)

• €1,262.33 total gross per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a meal allowance (€7/day)
• Or, if you choose the company apartment: €1,259.33 total gross package per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances, meal allowance and free accommodation (valued at €200). Cash portion: €1,059.33
• Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training

Contract & conditions

• 12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years
• 40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation
• 22 days of vacation per year (proportional in the first year) + Portuguese public holidays

Accommodation option

Live in a fully furnished, company-rented apartment for at least your first 14 months, with all utilities covered. Available only to candidates currently living more than 100 km from the workplace. Employees only, no pets.
