TP in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Social Media to support SMBs across chat, email and phone. You’ll help grow online advertising and ensure a smooth client experience.

Fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English (C1) are required, along with solid computer skills. Daily meals and health benefits are included, plus relocation support and training opportunities to develop your career at TP.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch (C2).
• Good knowledge of English (C1).
• Computer skills (mandatory basic; advanced like coding preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs to help them grow across chat, email, and phone.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in online/digital ads.
• Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance clients' experience.
• Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively communicate progress to clients.
• Proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
• Provide product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

What you’ll do

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance clients' experience;
• Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads' delivery issues;
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and pro-actively communicate to clients on progress;
• Pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering.

What you’ll need

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum C1);
• Computer skills (mandatory basic skills and preferential advanced skills like coding);
