Overview

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about helping businesses grow? Join our dynamic team and support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as they navigate the online advertising world!

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00

Signing Bonus: €2500

Training: 15 working days

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to expert for SMB clients, helping them grow their businesses across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing support via phone, email, and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential
  • Assisting SMB clients with self-service advertising solutions, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals
  • Delivering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
  • Offering product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience
  • Identifying trends and resolving challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
  • Acting as the voice of our customers—providing valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team
