Tp is seeking a Customer Care & Technical Support specialist in Lisbon to support clients with online advertising tools in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide and train customers on AI tools, verify product implementations, and deliver high-quality service while aiming for first contact resolution and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in technical support and AI tools and products (preferred).
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills.
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers;
