Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead engagement across crypto communities. You will actively participate in channels, drive authentic conversations, and foster a high-trust atmosphere for traders and developers.

You will build an ambassador program, run AMAs and live sessions, and relay community feedback to Product. The role rewards proactive folks who thrive in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, gaming, or dev tools is valuable.
• Excellent writing and quick, clear communication under scrutiny.
• Ability to de-escalate and push back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Kraken’s community across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and other channels.
• Create and manage an ambassador and power-user program with trading/community leaders.
• Host AMAs, live sessions, releases discussions, and community events.
• Bridge product feedback to the PM team with documented receipts.
