Kraken is seeking a product manager to own the Kraken Pro onboarding experience globally, from first landing through a client’s first trade. You will constantly assess the funnel, identify friction points, and drive UX improvements to build trust and excitement for new traders.

Prepare to work closely with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to turn insights into shipped improvements and leverage AI to personalize onboarding and speed up activation.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience, focusing on onboarding, activation, or growth UX.
• Strong product sense to identify friction and design for trust and excitement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent with AI tools to analyze data and personalize experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own Kraken Pro onboarding end-to-end globally, from landing to first trade.
• Continuously assess funnels, identify friction points, and drive UX improvements.
• Understand Pro customers and tailor onboarding messaging to increase activation.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements.
• Leverage AI to surface friction and personalize onboarding paths.
