Job summary

Alongside is seeking an experienced CRM Functional Analyst to join our client’s team, leading a CRM transformation across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Zoho CRM. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

You will map data flows, identify gaps, and support UAT, data harmonization, and change-management activities in a hybrid Porto office setup (3 days on-site per week).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in CRM projects.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements.
• Knowledge of CRM processes: customer management, sales, contact management, opportunity management, and activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Map cross-platform CRM processes across SAP, Dynamics 365, and Zoho.
• Define integration and interoperability requirements between systems.
• Support UAT and functional testing.
• Create functional documentation and support training and change management.
• Monitor improvements to ensure alignment with business needs.
