The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with SAP CRM functional modules and excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include process mapping, functional specification development, and UAT execution. The position offers a permanent contract with competitive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP CRM projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM functional modules (Marketing, Sales, Service).
• Ability to write functional specs and review technical designs (ABAP, BADIs, BAPIs).

Responsabilidades

• Map utilities-specific CRM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Define test cases, execute UAT, and validate technical deliverables.
