Qualificações

• Strong portfolio showcasing effective designs in ads or UGC.
• Comfortable working at speed and producing multiple variations.
• Understanding of social platforms and design translation.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-performing assets across various media.
• Turn briefs into compelling visuals that drive action.
• Produce multiple variations of the same concept efficiently.

Conhecimentos

Experience working with creative or performance teams

Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite

Understanding of what drives performance (CTR, clarity, hooks)

Experience designing for paid social or performance marketing
