ACE OF PERFORMANCE in Lisbon seeks a Creative Strategist with a direct response and performance mindset to own thinking from research to execution. You’ll test angles, craft briefs, and translate data into new creative directions across multiple verticals.

You’ll work hands-on with live campaigns, batch creative testing, and bridge teams to move winning ideas across the business, in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in video editing.
• Creative thinker with performance instincts.
• Able to generate ideas and test them across platforms.
• Able to work hands-on with ad accounts when needed.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads at a practical level.
• Strong Portuguese and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Creative Strategy: research, angles, hooks, briefs, and concept pipelines across multiple verticals.
• Batch creative testing—bring new angles regularly, not just from briefs.
