ACE OF PERFORMANCE | Group in Lisbon is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead direct response and performance thinking, owning research, angles, and concepts while also hands-on with ad accounts when needed.

You’ll join a dynamic, data-driven team that values experimentation and cross-functional collaboration, with a flexible hybrid setup: 2 days in the Lisbon office and 3 days remote. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience in video editing.
• A genuinely creative mindset with strong performance instincts.
• Some working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Good concept output: high volume of strong angles.
• Curious, analytical mindset: reads performance data to adapt.
• Problem solver; comfortable across different business contexts.
• Self-directed and accountable; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication; fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Creative strategy end-to-end: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concept pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Batch creative testing: consistently bringing new angles to the table.
• Translating performance data into the next creative decision.
• Hands-on with live campaigns when strategy meets execution.
• Bridge teams: transferring winning angles and learnings across verticals.
• Staying sharp on formats, platforms, and industry trends and bringing that thinking in-house.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist: someone deeply rooted in direct response and performance thinking, who can also get hands-on with ad accounts when it matters. This is not a media buyer with a creative flair. This is someone who owns the thinking - research, angles, concepts - and knows how to test what they build.

This is a brand-new, cross-functional position that moves fluidly across all our verticals, acting as the connective tissue between our different business areas, carrying winning angles, tactics, and learnings from one vertical to another.

What You'll Own

• Creative strategy end-to-end: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concept pipeline - across multiple verticals
• Batch creative testing: consistently bringing new angles to the table, not waiting for a brief to land on your desk
• Translating performance data into the next creative decision, not just reading dashboards
• Getting hands-on with live campaigns when strategy needs to meet execution - you can open an ad account and understand exactly what you're looking at
• Bridging teams: transferring winning angles, tactics, and learnings from one vertical to another
• Staying sharp on formats, platforms, and industry trends, and bringing that thinking in-house

What We're Looking For

• +2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience in video editing
• A genuinely creative mindset with strong performance instincts:you generate ideas, not just organize other people's
• Some working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads: enough to get hands-on with an account, even if you're not running one day-to-day as your main job
• Good concept output: you can generate a real volume of strong angles consistently, not just one good idea every few months
• A curious, analytical mindset: you read performance data and it changes what you build next
• A problem solver, comfortable moving across different business contexts without getting siloed
• Self-directed and accountable, comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Portuguese and English
