Job summary

Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager based in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end CI projects, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and drive process optimization across banking operations in a hybrid setting.

You will work with stakeholders, communicate results in English, and bring 3+ years of CI/Operational Excellence experience along with Lean Six Sigma credentials. A permanent CTI contract and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization or Operational Excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Proven track record of independently delivering end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Solid knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies in operational environments.
• Banking processes experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in English.
• Strong PM, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Main Tasks

• Lead and manage end-to-end Continuous Improvement projects, focusing on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of Lean principles across operational teams.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 31.000€ to 45.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
