Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, client orientation and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process banking and financial operations per procedures, SLA requirements.
• Perform operational controls and risk checks, including checklists and four-eyes validation.
• Analyse, compare and integrate data from different sources into internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Manage client queries and requests, prioritise and escalate unresolved issues or potential incidents.
• Extract reports, support decision-making and oversight activities, ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement and team onboarding.

We are looking for a Junior Private Credit Loan Admin Officer

Main Tasks

• Process banking and financial operations in accordance with established procedures, work allocation and SLA requirements.


• Perform operational controls and risk checks, including checklists and four-eyes validation.


• Analyse, compare and integrate data from different sources into internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.


• Manage client queries and requests, prioritise and escallate unresolved issues or potential incidents to the relevant departments.


• Extract reports, support decision-making and oversight activities, ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement and team onboarding.


• 0–2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.


• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.


• Fluent English, both written and spoken.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 20.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
