Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Content Reviewer fluent in Croatian to join our Lisbon team. You will assess online content and advertising material against client policies, review multimedia content, and escalate violations when needed.

You will work in a dynamic, multilingual environment, with English at B2 level, and collaborate with colleagues to improve content quality and compliance. This is a full-time role in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Croatian, both oral and written.
• English at least B2 level.
• Computer literacy and fast learner.
• Strong critical and contextual thinking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate online social media, web page and advertising content per client policy.
• Visually review images, videos, accounts and text-based content.
• Escalate policy violations using internal tools.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each review.
• Meet weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow.
• Balance priorities of daily tasks with client needs and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.

Position: Content Reviewer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate online social media, web page content and advertising content in conjunction with client policy
• Visually navigate and review images, videos, accounts and text-based content
• Escalate violations of client policies using internal tools
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
• Achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow
• Balance priorities of daily workflow tasks in line with client needs
• Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and make on-going recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Croatian, both oral and written. Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)
• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate, violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team
