• Identify and escalate content that violates community standards.
• Contribute to improving content guidelines and workflow processes.
• Maintain a high level of quality and productivity in daily tasks.
• Provide feedback and insights during client meetings.
• Support other workflows, products, or markets when required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian (C1 level) and good English communication skills (B2 level), both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
• A valid residence card for Portugal OR EU member state passport
