Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visual reviews and assessments of online content, including news and other related topics, specific to the Russian market.
• Proactively monitor web pages and social media platforms, escalating any violations using internal tools.
• Investigate, analyze, and report trends in online activity, focusing on crises, geopolitical events, and potential risks to users.
• Synthesize and document findings clearly and concisely for various stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends, assess risks, and forecast potential threats to trust in digital products.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Support different workflows, products, and markets as needed, including occasional use of translation tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Russian (C2+) and English (B2, written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information and identify emerging trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal or a temporary protection certificate for refugees (a MUST).

Training

• Comprehensive training provided (5 working days, 8 hours/day) in English.
• Topics include integration into the team, client product training, and handling various interaction channels.
• On-the-job training ensures a smooth transition into the role.

Work Conditions

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 7 AM and 6 PM).
• Location: Office located at Oriente, Lisbon.
• Contract Type: 12-month renewable contract (initial 1-month trial period).

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: EUR 1,040.68- EUR 1,346.12 (depending if you choose to benefit from company-provided accommodation or not).
• Allowances: Meal allowance (EUR 7/working day, net), Christmas, and holiday allowances.
• Accommodation: Option to reside in a company-provided, fully furnished apartment in Lisbon (deduction applies). Provided only to the candidates relocating from the distance over 100 km away from Lisbon.
• Initial flight to Portugal refunded after 9 months (if moving for this role).
• Annual complimentary round-trip flight to your home country (within the EU) after 12 months.
• Health Insurance: Provided from day one of the employment contract.
